## What does Gensiv do for marketing teams?

Gensiv measures your brand's share of voice in AI answers. It runs your buyers' questions on seven AI engines and reports how often each one names you against named competitors, how it describes you, and which sources it relies on, then suggests actions such as getting onto a domain the answers cite.

## Track share of voice against every competitor

Visibility, share of voice and average position for your brand and each competitor, per engine and over time, with the sentiment behind every mention.

- **Sentiment per engine**: See whether each engine describes the brand as positive, neutral or negative.
- **Competitor suggestions**: Brands AI names next to you show up as suggestions to track or ignore.
- **Actions board**: Turn tracking data into suggested fixes per client and track each one to done.
- **Weekly visibility briefing** (coming soon): Post visibility changes and competitor moves to your team channel every week.

## Find the topics your site misses

See which buyer questions your pages answer well, which they answer partly, and where a new page would close the gap.

- **Content gap analysis**: Map your pages against AI answers to see the questions you never answer.
- **Content briefs**: Turn each gap into a brief with the sources, claims and structure AI cites.
- **Content calendar**: Plan each month's pages by the prompts they should win, written on the days you pick.
- **Write and refresh content**: Draft new pages and improve existing ones from your gaps. Every page waits for your review.

## Show what AI search sends your way (coming soon)

Tie AI answers to visits: which assistants send traffic, which pages they land on, and how that moves with your visibility.

- **AI referral traffic** (coming soon): See the visits ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini send, and the pages they land on.
- **Agent analytics** (coming soon): See which AI crawlers visit, how often and which pages they read.
- **CSV and Excel exports**: Export prompts, responses, trends and Reddit citations into your own client decks.
- **Weekly visibility briefing** (coming soon): Post visibility changes and competitor moves to your team channel every week.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do we need SEO specialists on the team to use Gensiv?

No. Gensiv drafts your brand hub, competitors and prompts from your website, and the dashboard reports plain measures: how often AI names you, who it names instead and how it describes you.

### How do we measure our share of voice against competitors?

Share of voice is your brand's share of all brand mentions in the answers to your tracked prompts. Gensiv reports it per engine and over time, next to the same figure for each competitor you track.

### AI click-through rates are low. Is AI search still worth tracking?

Yes. AI answers build the shortlist before a buyer visits any site, and many buyers who read them never click a link. Tracking the answer shows whether you are on that shortlist at all.

### Can we see how much traffic AI search sends to our website?

Not yet. AI referral traffic, by assistant and landing page, is in development. Today Gensiv tracks the answers themselves: visibility, share of voice, sentiment and cited sources.

### Can we report on AI search next to our other channels?

Yes. Export prompts, responses, trends, content gaps and Reddit citations as CSV or Excel and add them to the reports you already send.

### Does Gensiv help us create content, or only track visibility?

Both. Content gap analysis shows which buyer questions your pages answer poorly, and the content agent plans, writes and refreshes the pages that close those gaps. Every page waits for your review before it goes live.

### Can we track a product launch in AI answers?

Yes. Add prompts about the new product and its category before launch, then follow visibility, sentiment and cited sources per engine in the weeks after it.

### Can we track visibility across multiple markets or languages?

Yes. Prompts run in 250 countries and 59 languages, so each market team sees the answers its own buyers get.
