Digital PR in an AI visibility context is earning mentions and inclusion on the third-party pages that AI engines already cite for a category, such as review sites, comparison articles and community threads.
It matters more in GEO than in classic SEO because AI answers are frequently assembled from third-party sources. Publishing on your own domain cannot change which external pages a model draws on.
