What is Hallucination?
A hallucination is a confident, fluent statement produced by a language model that is factually wrong or unsupported by any source. In a brand context it often appears as invented pricing, features, or positioning.
Hallucinations about a brand are a visibility problem as much as an accuracy one. They usually indicate the model has thin or conflicting information about you, which is fixed by making accurate information prominent on sources it retrieves.
