What is Visibility rate?
Visibility rate is the percentage of tracked AI answers in which a brand was mentioned. If a brand was named in 30 of 100 answers, its visibility rate is 30%.
The denominator matters. A rate calculated over attempted queries rather than successful ones will understate visibility whenever an engine is unreachable, making infrastructure problems look like performance problems.
